  1. In front of the mirror, mimic some animals.
    AND AFTER THAT…
  2. Try to look at your personal problem that is the source of your uneasiness and turn it building your own  script of the story, in which HUMOUR is the star.
    Share it with people you trust, as an alternative to television. In such a way, that you know each other better and get together gratifying experiences.
