Lesson 1: Face the Crisis (continue)
CONGRATULATIONS you achieve to define the Crisis!
This is a task that required you an effort. It is not easy at all, but you got it.
Keep you notes. They are a departure point to start your journey.
Now I ask you to be calm: CALM
You have to save your circunstances, keep it. And now you are going to start loading yourself up with energy.
Exercise
Breathe deeply: Breathing is one of the main sources of energy, from which you are going to take strenght to begin your personal task.
Practise the «Abdominal breathing».
- Stay comfortable (seated or liying), at the same time try do not get asleep.
- Take air by the nose slowly and look at your lungs they are blowing like a balloon, raising slowly your shoulders.
- Expel slowly the air through the mouth.
Do this exercise for 3 minutes, and think only in your respiration; after this, take a rest. You have to repeat this exercise every day of the week till next week when it will begin the Lesson 2.
Texts
A talk between the Teacher and the pupil…
- … I am moving now, but: Where to?
- That question is similar to that made by the lucky rabbit in Alice in Wonderland, he asks (I am quoting by heart, it is not textual):
- «which path should I take?
- it depends on where you want to go to.
- Ah¡ I do not know where I want to go.
- Then, any path is good for you».
But this is not your case. Because you do know where you want to go to: to reabsorb your circunstance, back to your project. As the PHILOSOPHY OF VITAL REASON: you have started moving towards yourself fullfilment and you are already moving.
Think about wet clay, it is plastic, you can make with it something beautiful: a sculpture, or something practical: a dish, a jar. Or you may leave it to dry. Where is the sculpture or the jar? First in your will, in your imagination, in your desire to make…
